Please have two credible witnesses present who personally know you and possess their own valid forms of identification that they can present to the notary. They must not have a financial interest in nor be parties to the underlying transaction. Your notary will provide a Credible Witness Affidavit which must be signed by the witnesses and accompany the document being notarized. This additional service can only be provided if you possess none of the forms of identification listed above and if it would be very difficult or impossible for you to obtain another form of identification. Please kindly specify this when making your appointment.

We are based in Tampa Bay, so please expect anywhere outside of the Tampa city limits to take at least 45 minutes for us to arrive. If you are making an appointment for same-day services and need the notarization completed as soon as possible, we will give you an estimated time of our arrival based on your location.

Nope! We charge a flat fee for the travel service, no matter how many notarizations need to be completed once we arrive. The fee for each notarization service we complete plus the one travel fee will be added in your total.

Often, you can easily tell by looking at the notarial certificate on your document. If it requires an acknowledgement, you should see the words “acknowledged before me…” If it requires an oath/affirmation, you should see the words “Sworn/affirmed and subscribed before me…” Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this.

An oath is a solemn, spoken pledge to God or a Supreme Being. An affirmation is a spoken pledge made on your own personal honor with no reference to a higher power. Either one is required when completing a jurat. You may choose which one you would prefer and can indicate this to your notary when completing a jurat.

Nope! We are only authorized to perform notarizations. Any services beyond that could be considered a violation of our notary commission and may be punishable by the state of Florida.
