Hello, I’m Amanda Doyle! I am a Notary Public commissioned by the State of Florida, and a Loan Signing Agent certified by the National Notary Association. 

It’s my goal to make your notarization as easy and worry-free as possible - before, during, and after a signing. I’ll confirm all the necessary details before each appointment, I conveniently come to you to conduct the signing, and I double (sometimes triple!) check all my work to ensure there’s no issues with your notarization down the line. 

Beyond general notary work, I am also certified to conduct loan signings for your next closing. 

Choosing me as your signing agent to represent your company means your client will be confident through the whole closing process. I am educated in real estate and loan closing terminology, and have completed extensive training to conduct closings for a variety of real estate transactions. I provide a hassle-free and professional experience by traveling directly to your client and guiding them through their documents as an impartial helper so they know what they’re signing.  

I handle printing the loan package, triple check for all signatures, dates, initials and notarizations, and will have the completed package delivered back to your office in-person or shipped the same day as the closing.
